Sunrise Serenade with Olenka

This morning I have the pleasure to be with Olenka dj, music producer and radio host as well! We often see each other at parties and events and I always admire how active she is in the music scene in Berlin. She has a special interest on music as a healing tool and the use of frequencies which is perfect to start the week right. In this episode we talk about inevitable beginnings and endings, the difficulty to let it go and trusting the process.

Sunrise Serenade aims to capture the more or less slow transition between the unconscious and the conscious that we all go through when we wake up. It’s a dissection of the morning psyche, a musical travel and an esoteric hug.
