KZNLAB 08 with MKS “First Light”.
This set is a studio mix comprising of drones, field recordings and parts from her first album in progress.
KZNLAB is an open ground for sound, rhythm, and process.
Conceived as a space for testing ideas – each episode is treated as a live experiment, where genres bend, tempos shift, and textures evolve in real time.
The program is anchored by exploratory, narrative-driven sets by Romi, occasionally joined by guest artists aligned with Kizen ethos.
Rather than fixed formats or peak-time expectations, the show follows a process-driven approach, allowing intuition, risk, and transformation to guide the narrative.
