Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence #80 Load Bearing

11 May 2026
  • Experimental
  • Post-punk
  • Synth Pop
  • Excitable
  • Gritty

This month’s O.J.A.I. broadcast is dedicated to architecture as an emotional and ideological transmitter. The program moves across hyper-obscure, DIY, synth pop, national anthem and country genres, tracing how buildings, builders and the built environment register as pressure, signal and atmosphere. Alongside this, fictional constructions drawn from our 2019 radio play Eternal City are activated as parallel structures. Office blocks, hotels, cultural institutions, public spaces and monuments appear at once operational and unstable, maintained yet quietly in a perpetual state of crisis.
