Spice Recs ft Guest:Talin / Armenian Music

In this episode, we welcome our very first guest, Talin — an Armenian musician who plays the oud.

Together, we will talk about the role of women in our traditions, in both Greece and Armenia, and how these roles are experienced and reimagined today through our personal journeys.

Our conversation will be accompanied by music: polyphonic songs and folk pieces that trace and reflect the themes we explore. To close the episode, we will improvise together with oud and kanun.
